Grand Opening for Good Eats Diva

Please join the folks from Meridian Township, MABA, and the Lansing Chamber in celebrating the Grand Opening of Good Eats Diva. The Ribbon Cutting will start at 10:30 am. Come sample many of her delicious items including: Biscotti, Italian brewed coffee, scones, muffins, rosemary olive oil crackers, cookies, and specialty granola.

Good Eats Diva is a boutique bakery specializing in unique interpretations of biscotti and Italian baked goods. Many of the recipes come from family records and collections using all-natural and fresh ingredients and proudly source local as often as she can. Good Eats Diva takes the time to make each biscotti loaf by hand, rolling, shaping and cutting to create a truly authentic product. The new business is located in the Shop Town Plaza, 1561 Haslett Road, Suite 1B, Haslett Rd, SE corner of Marsh and Haslett Rd. The boutique bakery offers wholesale production, seasonal retail hours, specialty retail orders and cooking classes.
