Fundraiser at Blaze Pizza

Douglas Mumby Jr. is currently on the waiting list for a liver and kidney transplant. Both he and wife Amy Mumby (awesome Office Manager at ASK) have exhausted their sick leave. This fundraiser is to pay for medical and living expenses for Doug and family. 20% of all dine in and take out food and drink sales will go to Doug during this event. All you need to do is show up between 5:30 and 8:30 and show a picture of the event flyer, either a paper copy or a copy on your phone.

Christopher Mumby is hosting a dinner fundraiser at Blaze Pizza in Frandor on April 19th, from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm.  Doug will get 20% of all food and drink sales from anyone who shows the attached flyer to the cashier.  Flyer can be printed out or shown on a phone.
