The BWL Chili Cook-off

The BWL Chili Cook-off is ready to travel around the world and within the City of Lansing! The 23rd annual event will be held on Friday, October 12th from 5:30 - 9 pm and will change locations from Adado Riverfront Park to Cooley Law School Stadium, the home of the Lansing Lugnuts.

This year’s theme will celebrate “Chili from Around the World!” Guests will sample chili in the outfield from dozens of vendors, including local restaurants, businesses, non-profits and organizations.

Making a return again this year, is the Chili Dog Eating Contest, where participants race to eat as many chili dogs as they can in 4 minutes. There will also be a main stage with live music, a merchandise tent and access to the play area at the stadium for families.

Proceeds from the Chili Cook-off will benefit Pennies for Power, Impression 5 Science Center and the H.O.P.E. Scholarship Program.
